A Nature Lover's Dream Getaway
Serene mornings filled with bird songs, delicious meals served by the attentive staff, and fine views from every window. Don't miss the early morning birdwatching tours for an up-close encounter with local wildlife!

Had such wonderful stay overall, incredibly beautiful place and the weather was wonderful! A standard bungalow with a wonderful view over the valley, had requested this in advance. The location was in the middle of the city, walk from a national park and an art gallery. By the way, a garden and a park were walk from the place.
Some people working there were exceptionally busy.

The views from our standard bungalow are amazing, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Dining was a highlight, with excellent meals that included delicious pizza, accompanied by vibrant birdwatching right outside the restaurant. Chilly nights might require extra layers, and some areas of the grounds felt steep for casual walks. The gift shop's closure before our visit was disappointing, as it offered unique local gifts.

Incredible location to an excellent pizzeria with a fantastic display of hummingbirds before nightfall, and the rooms were quiet and exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was very close to activities in the surrounding area, the river through the jungle, and the restaurant and gallery.

beautiful surroundings but noisy at night
The woodland setting offered a relaxing atmosphere and the view from our floor-to-ceiling windows was amazing. The underfloor heating in the bungalow kept us warm and cozy during the cool nights. The birdwatching opportunities, especially seeing the quetzal, were lovely. I loved how the bungalows provided a close connection with nature while the garden views added a serene touch.
We experienced some noise disturbances from nearby wildlife that interrupted our sleep.

The amazing views and the sounds of nature were perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed a coffee plantation tour and an afternoon birdwatching. Honestly, it was a peaceful escape! Just keep in mind that the bungalows are a hike from the main area.
The walk to our room was quite steep, challenging to carry our bags. It would be tough for families with younger kids or those needing accessibility.

Beautiful views from the bungalow, perfect for bird watching. The walk to the cabin is a steep trek, hard on luggage. Enjoyed the walking tours and the atmosphere throughout. Dining options could improve for better flavor.

The standard bungalow we stayed in was cozy and well-equipped, with a hot tub, tv, and a private bathroom. The staff was super nice, and the food was great, especially the trout. The views from the terrace were amazing. You could see lush greenery all around. Perfectly peaceful and secluded.

The staff members are welcoming and really kind. the hotel is nestled in a gorgeous building not far from the hill. - the location of the hotel is remote, down into the valley.
